Management Team

Amir brings years of experience, leadership, and technology expertise in information security to GreenSQL. Amir was a co-founder and the first CEO of Onigma (acquired by McAfee), which developed highly innovative host-based data leakage prevention systems. As a general manager at InfoGold Europe (acquired by the CGBI Group), he established the company's information security subsidiary in France. Amir is a software engineer and holds an MBA in marketing from Ben-Gurion University.

David is a recognized international expert in computer security advising companies on threat management, real-time network protection, advanced network design, and security architecture. David has founded a number of high-tech start-up companies, including Vanadium-Soft, Preacos, and Moksai. As a senior technology director for Fortinet, a leading international IT security firm, David provided consulting services to global businesses and opened new international regions. He was the information security manager for Bezeq, a national telecommunications company, and the chief scientist at Ofek, a leading Israeli IT and security consulting firm. In addition to his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer science, David confesses to being heavily self-taught—a quality that has served him well in this highly dynamic industry.

Hadar Eshel, Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Hadar brings experience and expertise in introducing technology products and services to new markets. Prior to joining GreenSQL, Hadar founded and served as the CEO of TrekIT, one of the largest IT product distributors in the Middle East. He managed Comsec Security Solutions’ distribution business unit, which accounted for 40% of the company’s annual profits. Hadar also managed strategic accounts at Expert Integrated Systems, a security solution provider to Israel’s largest companies. His background includes years of experience in international military security, with stations throughout Europe. Hadar earned his bachelor’s degree with marketing specialization from the Arison School of Business in the Interdisciplinary Center.
 

David Habusha , Vice President of R&D and Products   

David is a product executive, who brings over 15 years of experience and a proven track record in taking new ideas to the market. With a passion for understanding and translating market requirements into working products and solutions, David is able to effectively lead R&D and Product teams in the enterprise software, systems management, cloud computing and Internet markets. Prior to joining GreenSQL, David held senior Product Management and R&D Director positions in OpTier - the pioneer and industry leader in the Business Transaction Management , Symantec - Information storage and security services, and VERITAS Software, which merged with Symantec in 2005 and Precise Software, which was acquired by VERITAS in 2002. David also held VP R&D positions in several start-up companies and is the Founder of iMesh.com. David earned a BA Cum Laude in Computer Sciences from the Tel Aviv Open University.

Yuli is an IT security expert with extensive experience in database security, internet security, and forensics information recovery. He has consulted on a broad range of security topics for leading financial institutions, telecommunications companies, and health service organizations. Yuli was a senior software developer for a number of start-up companies, including security-related businesses. Prior to joining GreenSQL, Yuli worked for the security division of EMC. He was the team leader for penetration security testing at Multi Layer Security, a position which required him to think like a hacker. In addition to his work on intruder development systems, database infrastructure development, and business application servers, he has also dabbled in on-line gaming. Yuli’s bachelor’s degree is in programming and industrial management.
